X-Calculator respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available on https://www.x-calculator.com/ infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your written notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its exact URL on our Site;
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party responsible for the content.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. 4. Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
